1 General Terms & Conditions

Wine bet (winebet.ws) is an online Sports Betting platform serving users across multiple countries worldwide. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between wine bet and its users.

2 Account Registration

To place bets on wine bet, you need to create a personal account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Registration Terms

• Only one account per person is permitted
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited
• The name and date of birth provided at registration will be used for identity verification purposes
• Wine bet may request a national ID or other documentation at any time for account verification purposes

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. wine bet will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

3 Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on wine bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• All bets are only valid once accepted by wine bet
• Wine bet reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded
• Bets placed before a match begins will be treated as pre-match bets

Live Betting

Wine bet's live betting feature lets you place bets while a match is in progress. Since live odds change rapidly, they may shift before your bet is confirmed. wine bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend live betting under certain circumstances.

Result Settlement

Bets are settled based on results verified from official sources. In the event of any dispute over a result, wine bet's decision shall be final.

4 Payments & Withdrawals

Wine bet supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All payment transactions are processed through encrypted channels.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits are not accepted

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000
• Withdrawals may take 24–72 hours to process
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same method that was used for the deposit
• Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wine bet. If any of these are detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a family member's account
• Bonus Arbitrage or Bonus Hunting Activities
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Attempting unauthorised access or hacking into wine bet's systems
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or steal their information
• Using betting bots or automated software

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Wine bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In Case of Terms Violation
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns
• Financial fraud or chargeback disputes
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification is completed.
